Interesting thoughts.

I reckognize my own experiences in what you tell me.
Sometimes the spirits wants me to speak,other times they want me to listen and learn and be silent.
Silence can be a challenging matter,when one gets used to  T h e   N o i s e - the exaltation of being filled with talking spirits,informative beings!

This can felt when one is about to enter the great outdoors where the great silence lives and breathes.

A struggle within,a wrestling with powers unseen,a begging of the ego to turn back home,but if one overcomes this little death

a new perception on life emerges from the deep,and one walks with the proudfoot indians with a greater vision.


I believe spiritual death is a restoring of ones powers,much like the branches of our familiar oak,wich must endure a season of deep inward consultation and meditation together with the older more settled parts of our dear gnarling oak-tree during winter time.

There is in nature a jolly fancy for fast spurting  growth with powerful  changes always taking place.

And then there is the innocent childish depression in everything when the ground freezes and our mother dreams inwardly.

These words touched my heart This feeling the winter has also told me about. This beautiful silence in white...like music in minor. Spiritual death and transformation can be very beautiful.
